Recruiting - College recruiting is a constantly active and changing process.  For the past fifteen years Steve Rianda has been on the coaching side of recruiting and understands what it takes to get to the next level.  Recuiting involves not only hard work on the field and in the classroom, but research, timing and planning by the parents, players and coaches.  In the end, it has to be the right fit academically, athletically, financially as well as the right location.

There are many factors to take into consideration and the Nor Cal Blast has the knowledge, experience and dedication to help players achieve their personal goals!  There is a fit and opportunities at all levels, Div. I, II, III, NAIA and Junior Colleges, so let us get started!

SportsRecuit.com is a great resource to help families and players take the first step in identifying various college programs.  We provide this program for all our players but also meet with players to understand how to use it and take advantage of the system.  Each player has a a personal profile set up, video links and is educated on how to use the program for recruiting.
